Flavor and spice
As soon as I received the box, I opened up and tried each sauce. Each one is amazing in its own way. Even the Reaper sauce - it's spicy to be sure, but it focuses more on the flavor of the pepper and other complementary flavors to produce a truly balanced sauce. It's very refreshing to have a selection of delicious, balanced sauces in a market where most folks are trying to make punishing sauces.
