Before moving to Boston from the Emerald Isle of Ireland, Barry spent some months in South East Asia immersing himself in the culture, the food and all things wonderfully spicy. Mango, coconut and golden raisins come together to form a luminous sauce as beautiful as it is delicious. I highly recommend this hot sauce! I put it on everything and it tastes so good. It has become a staple in my life. Not that spicy at all- probably the least spicy of the Barry’s hot sauces.
My brother in law won’t stop asking
I bought this as a gift for Christmas. Within a month my brother in law was asking for more. Needless to say this will be added on to all his gifts moving forward.
Highlight of my day
The best part of my day is going home and using this hot sauce on everything I eat. It’s the best
This sauce is the perfect combination of fruity/spicy/tangy, my bottle only lasted a week! It’s clearly made with a great balance in mind and great ingredients. Looking forward to trying all of Barry’s varieties! Cheers!!
My new favorite
Barry’s newest creation is far and away my new favorite. The combo of the mango sweetness and the absolute perfect level of spice, for me, makes it my new go-to. It goes great on eggs, rice, pad Thai. Recently made a concoction of Thai Chili sauce, maple syrup, honey and butter, gently simmered, which was amazing on chicken and waffles. Do yourself a favor and try it ASAP.
